Projects: Modern Farmhouse

It is always great to have a client that knows exactly what they want and chooses an architectural designer to customize and maximize their dreams.  

Alight Design was hired to provide a complete building design package, assist with bidding and negotiation, and help with site selection.  

This is a new construction project with set budget constraints.  The client desired a “modern farmhouse”, and provided examples for reference.  In addition they had very specific requirements for the rooms and spaces inside.  Alight Design took the vision and created a 3D model, which allowed the client to actually inhabit those spaces, and see the house before it is built.
