Projects: Infill Philadelphia

Since the beginning, one goal of Alight Design was to transform vacant streetscapes, and return them to vibrant neighborhood streets.  Vacant spaces in the block collect trash, invite unwanted activity, and bring down the pride and value of the neighborhood.

Through partnership with a local developer that shared that goal, Alight design was able to utilize 11 vacant sites and restore the fabric of the community block to those neighborhoods. Each unit includes a roof deck and maximized access to light throughout.
